Refund Cancellation policy
If it has not been possible to re-let the property, all monies paid by the Client at the time of cancellation shall be forfeit. For bookings cancelled more than 8 weeks ahead of arrival, Stay Quillan will provide a partial refund to the Client for the dates resold. We will allow a 24 hour cooling of period for bookings made more than a week in advance of the stay subject to service charges levied. These conditions only apply to booking made directly on stayquillan.com third party booking systems will be subject to there own cancellation policy.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.
